This project aims to accelerate the growth and international adoption of YOU.FO, an innovative and inclusive sports game, by integrating its community-driven sports ecosystem with Competize’s advanced competition management platform. By combining expertise in tournament organization, registration, scheduling, live scoring, and community engagement, the consortium seeks to create a seamless digital environment that supports players, teams, competitions, rankings, and event management within a single platform.

The project will redevelop and scale YOU.FO’s existing web-based community solution into a fully operational mobile platform, enabling easier participation, competition management, and global community growth. Through pilot competitions and user testing, the partners will validate the platform’s ability to support a new mixed-gender sport that is accessible to people of all ages, abilities, and fitness levels.

The resulting solution will strengthen engagement, expand participation, and provide the digital infrastructure needed to support the global rollout of YOU.FO ahead of its World Cup launch, creating a scalable model for the growth of emerging sports communities worldwide.
