Description

This project unites three European SMEs to create an integrated health platform that enhances elderly care through data-driven, preventative solutions. By combining remote diagnostics (73Health’s eEVA), AI-powered movement analysis (Improfit), and gut/urine health monitoring (EBHEALTH3), the platform enables a “positive cycle” of care: personalised exercise plans improve physical health, while internal biomarkers are tracked to adjust interventions in real time, all under clinician oversight. Pilots in Finland and Spain will validate the solution’s impact on elderly quality of life, with scalability to schools, workplaces, and sports.

The consortium leverages mature technologies (TRL6+) to minimize development risks, focusing on seamless integration and user-centric design. The solution addresses fragmented healthcare systems by unifying disparate health metrics into a single platform, empowering clinicians with actionable insights. Beyond elderly care, the project demonstrates a replicable model for European digital health innovation, aligning with EU priorities for active aging and cross-border collaboration. Success hinges on pilot validation, regulatory compliance (GDPR), and a sustainable SaaS business model to drive post-funding adoption.
