Description

This I3 collaborative project unites AMC Association (Hungary), Placenet (Spain), and MyPlay (Spain) to create an integrated digital ecosystem for grassroots sports. The platform combines smart venue management (Foggosport.com), location-based interaction (Placenet’s IoP technology), and AI-driven video analytics (MyPlay) into a seamless experience. Targeting athletes, clubs, and municipalities, it simplifies facility booking, enhances on-site engagement, and automates performance tracking—bridging gaps in Europe’s fragmented sports-tech landscape. Pilots in Hungary and Spain will validate scalability, with a focus on inclusivity and digital transformation.

The solution addresses Challenge 5 (Performance of sports clubs) and Challenge 6 (Sport digitalisation in cities) by modernizing amateur sports infrastructure. By merging physical and digital tools, the project empowers communities, reduces administrative burdens, and creates new revenue streams for clubs. Its modular design ensures adaptability across EU regions, aligning with the EU’s goals for healthy, active lifestyles and smart city innovation.
