Now, through the I3-INSHAPE project, TPE is stepping into the future of sport by co-developing a digital competition platform for YOU.FO, a new and exciting sport gaining traction across Europe.

Can you introduce TPE in a few words?
TPE, based in Catalonia (Spain), is an all-in-one sports partner that organizes tournaments, sports events, and training camps, offering a simple end-to-end approach. From travel and logistics to on-site support and post-event follow-up, we make sports experiences effortless and enjoyable.
What kind of solutions or services do you offer? How do you stand out in the market?
We deliver end-to-end sports services: organizing tournaments and training camps, booking facilities, scheduling, refereeing, on-site team support, and post-event follow-up. Our strength lies in turning complex trips into smooth experiences through clear coordination and trusted local partners.

Our mission is to create memorable, affordable sports experiences, and our vision is to become a Catalan reference that grows nationally and internationally without losing our essence.
What type of solution are you and your SME partner developing together in the framework of the I3-INSHAPE project?
In I3-INSHAPE, YOU.FO focuses on creating and scaling the new sport YOU.FO, while TPE provides the tools and rollout. We’re building a competition platform — registrations, scheduling, live scoring/results, standings, communications, and payments — tailored to YOU.FO’s formats.
TPE is also running a pilot in Catalonia to validate adoption and operations, ensuring the platform meets the needs of schools, clubs, and players.
What tangible impact does the I3-INSHAPE project have on your project idea?
I3-INSHAPE accelerates our path from prototype to market, provides expert mentoring, and expands our network. It shortens procurement cycles, boosts credibility with partners and investors, and gives us a standardized roadmap for international rollout. This pace and market access would not have been possible without I3-INSHAPE’s support.
Why are initiatives like I3-INSHAPE essential for the future of sport and vitality in Europe?
They connect sport innovators, SMEs, cities, and researchers to turn ideas into deployable solutions — faster and with less risk. These hubs provide shared testbeds for cross-border pilots, specialist mentoring, and common standards for data, safety, and sustainability. By aligning public health goals with market incentives, they accelerate digitalization, inclusion, and green practices in sport, driving both vitality outcomes and economic growth.
What are your expectations for the future within the I3-INSHAPE project?
Our goal is to move from a successful Catalonia pilot to a multi-country rollout of the YOU.FO competition platform. We aim to deliver a stable product with payments, scheduling, live scoring, and analytics, plus standardized onboarding for schools and clubs. We expect clear KPIs, co-funding, and partnerships for scale-up — and a validated playbook for sustainable growth across Europe.

INSHAPE turns ideas into impact by bringing sport innovators together — accelerating innovation while creating real connections: meeting people, sharing experiences, and building a cross-border network that helps the whole sport and vitality sector grow.
