To apply for the I3-INSHAPE Open Call, please upload the following documents:

1. Application form (duly filled in, no blank sections are allowed) – 1 doc per proposal
2. Work Plan and Budget Document – 1 per proposal
3. Declaration of Honour – 1 for each partner (up to 3)
4. SME Declaration – 1 for each partner (up to 3)
5. Ethics and Security Self-Assessment – 1 per proposal
   
6. VAT Registration – 1 for each partner (up to 3)
7. Profit and loss accounts of the latest closed financial year – 1 for each partner (up to 3)
8. Balance Sheet – 1 for each partner (up to 3)

A total of max 32 MB for each section is supported. xlsx, pdf, xlsm, doc, docx, dotx, odt, ott file types only are allowed.  All the non-relevant documents won’t be taken into consideration by evaluators.
